Selection method of participants is according to the Regulations on academic mobility at the NUWEE:
An agreement on exchange programs implementation between partner-universities and ECTS credits transfer system allows recognizing the results obtained by the student during the mobility program at the host university, information on the procedure of recognition of academic results achieved during the mobility program is available at https://nuwm.edu.ua/legal-base and includes :

The National University of Water and Environmental Engineering:
  • respects in full the principles of non-discrimination, promotes and ensures equal access and opportunities to mobile participants from all backgrounds, in particular disadvantaged or vulnerable groups;
  • applies a selection process that is fair, transparent and documented, ensuring equal opportunities to participants eligible for mobility;
  • ensures recognition for satisfactorily completed activities of study mobility and, where possible, traineeships of the NUWEE students participating in the mobility program;
  • charges no fees, in the case of credit mobility, to incoming students for tuition, registration, examinations or access to laboratory and library facilities.
NUWEE guarantees commitment to inclusion and diversity from all actors in the programmes’ actions and a positive approach to diversity of all kinds in the projects, inclusion and diversity aspects are taken into account at all stages of the mobility programs management and project life-cycle (promotion, outreach, support, assessment), during (participant selection, preparation, implementation, results, etc.) and after the project (evaluation, dissemination and exploitation of project outcomes, follow-up).

For the same purpose, individual study plans are used for some students to combine work and study. The scientific library provides students and teachers with free access to literature and the Internet. The Center for Career Development and Entrepreneurship Support has been established to help students find jobs. NUWEE strives to provide students with fewer opportunities the access to educational materials in the most convenient format for them; cooperates with all departments in the development and implementation of inclusive policies at our university and beyond. Each academic group has its own curator who accompanies them throughout their studies and helps them overcome various problems.
