The Scientific and Technical Council (STC) was established to involve faculty, researchers and technicians, graduate students and doctoral students in managing the research activities of the university staff. STC helps to increase the efficiency of research, development, development and implementation of new progressive forms of research, concentration of labor and financial resources in priority areas of research, accelerate the solution of fundamental and applied problems.
