EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT ASSESSMENT
Activity
The Educational and Scientific Center for Independent Assessment (ESCIA) is an integral structural unit of the The National University of Water and Environmental Engineering, which carries out educational, methodological and organizational work on the preparation, support and conduct of modular test controls (credits, exams) on the educational component for applicants for higher education daytime and extramural forms of education. In its work, ESCIA is guided by the Regulation on the Educational and Scientific Center for Independent Assessment.
Mission
- develops new and improves the existing educational and methodological recommendations for the optimization and effective conduct of an independent assessment of the knowledge of applicants for higher education and those entering the magistracy;
- conducts organizational and methodological work on the development, accounting and proper storage of tasks for conducting an independent assessment of the knowledge of applicants for higher education;
- controls the implementation of the requirements of regulatory documents by the departments of the university concerning the preparation of task bases for current (modular) control, bases for final controls (exams), state certification and an entrance professional exam for a magistracy.
Functions
- employees organize and conduct state certification in all specialties of the university at bachelor's and master's levels;
- employees organize and conduct admission examinations for master's degrees for all specialties of the university.
