According to the results of the competition, the bronze medalist among technical sciences was the team of scientists of the NUWEE with the scientific work "INCREASING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SPRINKLER IRRIGATION BASED ON RESOURCE-SAVING MEASURES": Nataliya Prykhodko - Ph.D., Associate Professor of the Department of Water Engineering and Water Technologies; Yevhenii  Gerasimov - Doctor of Technical Sciences, professor, head of the research department; Pavlo Volk - Doctor of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor, Professor of the Department of Water Engineering and Water Technologies; Lyubov Volk - candidate of technical sciences, associate professor, associate professor of the department of hydraulic construction and hydraulics; Anatoly Rokochynskyi - Doctor of Technical Sciences, professor, professor of the department of water engineering and water technologies.

The World Science Championship is one of the scientific events that contributes to the inclusion of higher education institutions in international university rankings and integration into the international scientific and educational space. Scientists and teachers from different countries of the world take part in these scientific competitions, where their works are evaluated by expert juries, among whom are also Nobel laureates.

1236 participants from 69 countries took part in the 1st World Science Championship in Dubai, which lasted from August 7 to 21, 2023. Works were submitted in 38 branches of science. Awards were won by 360 scientists. In the overall team standings by country: 1st place - China, 2nd place - USA, 3rd place - UAE, 4th place - India, 5th place - France, 6th place - Great Britain, 7th place - Brazil, 8th place - Israel, 9th place - Ukraine, 10th place - Australia.

The results of the 1st World Science Championship in Dubai will be used for international university rankings.
