As a result of studying, you will gain knowledge and skills of analytical support of changes in the organization / project, finding problems and developing solutions for change. The main tools you will master: techniques of business process and problems analysis (workshop, focus group, brainstorming, interviews, prototyping, etc.), problem diagnosis tools and solution optimization: SWOT, PEST-analysis, McKinsey 7S, Ishikawa diagram, creating a value proposition using the Canvas business model, stakeholder analysis. Business analysis skills will be useful regardless of the characteristics of the future profession, as they are aimed at identifying problems and finding solutions using universal analysis tools widely used in strategic management at various levels and in all activities.
