On November 10, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine issued an order appointing Viktor Moshinsky as the rector of NUVGP,

in accordance with paragraphs 12 and 30 of the second part of article eight of the Law of Ukraine "On Central Executive Bodies", Article 42 of the Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education", subparagraph 53 of paragraph 4 and subparagraphs 15, 23 paragraph 10 of the Regulation on the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 16 № 630 (as amended).

Viktor Moshynskyi will serve as Rector until November 11, 2026, as elected by competition on the terms set out in the contract.
