On June 1 and 2, the 2nd stage of the International Competition of Student Research Papers in Individual Specialties was held at the Kremenchuk Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi National University, with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, under the patronage of the National Commission of Ukraine for UNESCO. The competition has never seen such a large number of representatives from different countries - it brought together students from 30 countries.
For the participants, the competition became not only a platform for demonstrating the results of their scientific research, but also an opportunity to get acquainted with the innovative ideas of their colleagues from other institutions of higher education and expand their knowledge as specialists in a certain field.
It is not the first time that students of our university have participated in the International Competition on the basis of the Kremenchuk National University. This year, 7 works (in total) were submitted from NUWEE in the specialties: "Automotive transport", "Transport technologies", "Economics", "Entrepreneurship, trade and stock exchange activity", "Automation and computer-integrated technologies". According to the results of the review of the works by the competition commissions and taking into account the presentations with the speeches of the competition participants, the winners were determined:
- The joint work of Yury Demchuk, a student of the 4th year of the "Software Engineering" specialty (NUWEE) and Antonchuk Olga, a student of the 3rd year (Kielce University of Technology, Poland) was awarded the 1st degree diploma in the specialty 151 "Automation and computer-integrated technologies" in section 1. The direction "Information technologies in automation" under the supervision of Doctor of Science, Associate Professor of the Department of Computer Sciences and Applied Mathematics Viktor Zhukovskyy and Professor of the Department of Electronics and Information Technologies of the Lublin Polytechnic Pavel Komada. Work topic: "Study of algorithms for detecting anomalies in data of IoT devices of the water reservoir monitoring system");
- The 2nd degree diploma in the specialty 076 "Entrepreneurship, trade and exchange activity" was awarded to the work of the 4th-year student of the "Economics" specialty, OP "Business Analytics" Victoria Mishchuk under the guidance of the senior lecturer of the Department of Labor Resources and Entrepreneurship, PhD Vita Krol on the topic: ("Social capital: assessment and possibilities of use in the competitiveness of enterprises ensuring");
- The 2nd degree diploma in the specialty 051 "Economics" was awarded to the work written in tandem by the second-year student of the "Economics" specialty, OP "Business Analytics" Angelina Romanovych and the Erasmus student of the Université Saint-Louis - Bruxelles Anastasia Pryshchepa under the supervision of candidate of economic sciences, associate professor Iryna Roschyk. The topic of the work: "Analysis of the effectiveness of inflation management and inflation expectations in Ukraine during the war");
- The 3rd degree diploma in the specialty 275 "Transport technologies (by types)" was awarded to the work of students Vitaly Zavatskyi, a master's student in the specialty "Transport technologies" and Sohbet Hudayberdiyev, a student of the 4th year in the specialty "Transport technologies" under the supervision of Doctor of Economics, professor, acting head of the department of transport technologies and technical service Victoria Nikonchuk on the topic: "Intellectualization of public transport as a prerequisite for the development of territorial communities").
