The thirteenth scientific collective English-language monograph "Modern forms of development of resource-saving technologies of extraction and processing of minerals" was published by the publishing house of the Romanian University of Petroșani.

Scientists from 7 countries sent us their chapters in a collective monograph. These are: Ukraine, Romania, Greece, Zambia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Poland. We thank foreign authors for their trust.

Experienced reviewers from Ukraine, the Republic of South Africa and Romania highly appreciated the scientific value of the monograph.

The monograph examines current and promising resource-saving technologies in mining and rational nature management. New approaches to the formation of a resource conservation model with rational use of natural resources are analyzed. The monograph examines the principles of organizing resource conservation in production and sources of resource loss during mineral extraction. The results of the research of both foreign and many scientists of our university are published in the monograph.
