The Planning and Finance Department is engaged in the organization, analysis and planning of the financial and economic activities of the University, which is based on the principles of legality, transparency and economic feasibility. In addition, the department provides the formation of complete reliable information on the provision of budgetary and own funds of the University, bringing the maximum allocation and limit information required for operational management and management. Interacts with the State Treasury Service of Ukraine in terms of providing estimates, indicators of plans for the allocation of general and special budget funds, as well as their changes. Draws up and approves the staffing table of the University. Calculates the cost of paid services in accordance with statutory activities and current legislation. Analyzes quarterly and annual financial reports, other financial documents of the University in order to prepare proposals for taking measures aimed at improving the financial and economic activities of the University.
