INSTITUTE OF SECOND HIGHER EDUCATION
The Institute of Second Higher Education in NUWEE was established in accordance with order No. 592 of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 15.12.2000 and order No.9 of the Rector of Rivne State Technical University dated 11.01.2001 on the basis of the Faculty of Advanced Training. 1979, and Special Faculty of retraining, founded in 1993.
