International Black Sea University invites students for exchange studies for the Fall Semester of 2025/2026.
The nomination period is now open, and it is kindly requested that all nominations be submitted by April 13th, 2025, at the latest.

Study duration: September 2025 – January 2026.
Target audience: 2nd-4th year students of Bachelor's degree and first-year Master's degree students, PhD students.
To apply for the mobility program student must meet the following criteria:
- to be a student of one of the full-time educational NUWEE programs (2-5 years of study), PhD student;
- to have a valid international passport;
- be the participant or express the will to participate in the NUWEE Buddy program;
- to speak English at least at the B1 level.
Required documents:
- filled out nomination form;
- a scanned copy of international passport;

Motivation letter in English (why you want to participate in the programme, what are your expectations, why you should be chosen, etc;). In the motivation letter explain please: why do you want to participate in the mobility program, how will participation in the mobility program help you achieve your goals, what knowledge do you expect to gain and what skills to acquire and why would you be a worthy representative from NUWEE to participate in the mobility program.
- certificate/reference of English language proficiency;
- a certificate from the Director's office with an extract of academic performance for the last semester or academic year in Ukrainian and English.

All participants who meet the requirements and submit the full set of documents will receive an invitation to an interview and a link to the nomination application form and course catalogue. Additionally, IBSU will send the details about the programme, along with the Learning Agreement. Once we receive the students' complete applications, IBSU will issue an official invitation letter (which may be required for visa applications) via email.
Note: Due to the Martial Law there are some restrictions in accordance with the CMU Resolution on the procedure for crossing the border by male students.
