The next third call for participation in the certified programme "Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) English Language Development opportunities for NUWEE students and academic staff” is launched. The application deadline is 5 February 2024.
The programme provides free English language courses for NUWEE undergraduate and graduate students, PhD students and academic staff in small groups of 5-6 people. The courses are conducted online by the Newcastle University.
Next edition of PAL English Language Courses starts on 12 February 2024. Total number of participants: 36 undergraduate, graduate and PhD students, 6 academic staff.

90 students took part in the PAL English Language Courses during 2022-2023. In addition, 12 students completed a semester of study at the University of Newcastle, UK, as part of an international exchange program. This is a powerful opportunity to help students engage in cross-cultural learning and global learning on NUWE's home campus through accessible technological platforms.
