The NUWEE professors and students developed a website for IDPs.

Workshops using DISC analysis methodology were held by E.Mikhailova and A. Kucherova to the 1st year students AGR-11 group specializing in Agronomy to identify strengths and weaknesses in order to better understand students' behavior in the process of integration and adaptation to study in university. With the DISC methodology proposed by Prof Jan van Zwieten , Rector of the Netherlands Business Academy,  mediator, commissioner, coach we got acquainted during a study visit to NLBA within #UNTERADIS #ErasmusPlus KA2 CBHE project. This approach  brought us a new experience in personal analysis. The image of personality created by the DISC test showed more effective ways to communicate not only with each other, but with our students. DISC test methodology is used for creating effective teamwork and successful communication within the team to achieve goals. This practice will help us to better understand students' behaviour in the integration to the studying process.

Additionally the National University of Water and Environmental Engineering (NUWEE), the Centre for International Cooperation and Education conducts several free of charge courses for internally displaced persons (IDPs).
1. Online foreign language classes (English, German, French, Turkish);
2. Preparation for the external state examination (online);
3. Creative classes for children of primary school age (to offer children chance to rebuild amid
war);
4. Psychological online aid trainings and workshops.

In the middle of November 2021 the Training with elements of Study Visit was organized at Netherlands Business Academy, Dordrecht, the Netherlands, in frameworks of the EU Erasmus+ project INTERADIS “International Students Adaptation and Integration”, with participation of the project teams from KROK University, Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University, Odessa National Polytechnic University, Mariupol State University, Sumy National Agrarian University, V.N.Karazin Kharkiv National University, Ivan Franko National University, National University of Water and Environmental Engineering.

The program was focused on different aspects of Personality, Communication, methods of work, with involvement of very experienced and famous trainers of NLBA.
