Competition within the individual mobility program Erasmus+ KA1

A competition for participation in the exchange program with the Lublin Polytechnic (Lublin, Republic of Poland) within the credit mobility of the EU program "ERASMUS +" has been announced: KA171.

Dear students,

A competition for participation in the exchange program with the Lublin Polytechnic (Lublin, Republic of Poland) within the credit mobility of the EU program "ERASMUS +" has been announced: KA171.

Terms of study under the mobility program for students:

10/2024 - 02/14/2025 (winter semester);
February 2025 - June 27, 2025 (summer semester).
Important: the selected participant of the academic mobility program must arrive 2 weeks before the start of studies and inform the international department of the Lublin Polytechnic about his arrival, as well as take part in the Welcome Meeting for Exchange Students.

Language of instruction: English.

Who can apply: 2-4 year students, first-year master's students. Number of scholarships: 1

The deadline for submitting documents is April 19, 2024.

Students participating in the mobility program receive a scholarship that covers all tuition, accommodation, food and travel expenses. You can read more about the terms of the academic exchange program at the Lublin Polytechnic in the document - LUT International Students GUIDE (attached below).

Applicants for participation in the mobility program must submit the following documents in English:

1. CV / resume in EUROPASS format >;
2. Certificate or other document about the level of knowledge of the English language (minimum level B1);
3. A copy of the student card;
4. Academic transcript (translated into English), signed at the dean's office of the relevant HEI;
5. Application form (filling in the form is possible only after the deadline for submission of documents and nomination of participants by the Centre for International Cooperation and Education of NUWEE);
6. Training contract. The list of disciplines is chosen together with the curator/guarantor of the OP/head of the department and approved by the director of the NNI. The list of disciplines to choose from at the relevant faculties can be found at the link. The rules for filling out the contract can be found at the link. The minimum number of ECTS credits per semester is 22, the maximum number of ECTS credits is 30;
7. Copy of the first page of the foreign passport;
8. A copy of the insurance policy for the entire period of study (after the selection tour).
The participant selected by Lublin Polytechnic will receive an invitation letter. Students themselves are responsible for organizing accommodation during their stay in Lublin, in particular:

A participant can apply for a place in the LUT hostels, but this is not mandatory.
The participant can look for private accommodation, e.g. by contacting real estate agencies in Lublin.

The package of documents in electronic form in the specified order must be collected in one file (pdf format), the name of which must contain Erasmus+ and the name of the applicant (Erasmus_Kovalets_Lublin), and sent to the e-mail address of the program coordinator: This email address is being protected from spambots.
