ACCOMMODATION
University manages material and technical base which meets modern requirements for training of Ukrainian and foreign students. 8 hall of residence with total area of 50273 sq. m.
All NUWEE students are provided with accommodation according to approved «Accommodation regulations of students and postgraduates in halls of residence of NUWEE campus». Applicants can also stay in halls of residence during enrolment process. All NUWEE halls of residence have study and leisure rooms, equipped sport rooms, cafés, libraries, shower rooms.
Accommodation conditions meet all sanitary and hygienic standards of Ukraine. There are twin and triple rooms in halls of residence. Students get a property list and a hall of residence entrance pass. The property list consists of beds, bed linen, curtains, utensils bookshelves, etc. All property should be used carefully; otherwise the students are obliged to compensate all the damages.
Accommodation rules are in English and Ukrainian to meet the needs of international students.
To be accommodated students should do the following:
1. To get accommodation request at International Office (Soborna St. 11, r. 101).
2. To sign a rental agreement at the office of the head of University Campus (Hall of Residence # 6).
3. To pay rental fees.
4. To get a hall of residence entrance pass at every hall of residence.

Part-time Students are provided with accommodation during examination session.
Students are provided with accommodation, leisure as well as safety facilities.
Security officers carry out a round-the-clock guard service providing safety and order at the university campus. Employees of State Migration Service of Ukraine in Rivne region carry out informative meetings about issues of compliance with legislation of Ukraine.
All abovementioned measures decrease the number of crimes concerning the stay of foreigners on the territory of Ukraine.
The university campus is also patrolled by National Police of Ukraine which carries out the supervision over public order and safety, fights against crimes in the streets, squares and parks of Rivne.
Employees of Centre for International Cooperation and Education carry out meetings conducted by respected students or student-supervisors in order to optimize the role of self-government and to ensure the compliance with internal rules and residence security of students.
Systemic and planned disciplinary actions and permanent control by university authorities allow to ensure the effective participation of foreign students in the educational process, to minimize situation which could lead to the expulsion due to contract terms failure or crime commitment.

All students who are living at the hostel residents must follow some rules and regulations.
All payments under the Contract according to NUWEE Decree № 596 from 25.09.2018 are made in the national currency of Ukraine or U.S. dollars at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine on the date of payment.
