According to the Presidential Decree “On measures to improve the coordination of the activities of executive bodies in the sphere of external relations” dated September 18, 1996 No. 841 (with changes July 18, 2016), the Law of Ukraine “On Higher Education”, in compliance with the requirements of the procedure of organization and provision of the regime of secrecy in the bodies of state power, bodies of local self-government, at enterprises, in institutions and organizations, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of  December 18, 2013 No. 939, the Statute of the National University of Water and Environmental Engineering, the order of the NUWEE dated December 12, 2018 No.  800 "On approval of the temporary instruction on documentation of management information in electronic form and organization of work with electronic documents in the office work of the NUWEE", the order of the NUWEE dated December 29, 2018 No. 00006 "On introduction of electronic document circulation system into the trial operation" and other normative-legal acts in the field of international cooperation, as well as the order No.00089 of the NUWEE February 15, 2019 "On approval of the procedure of organization of reception of foreign delegations, groups and separate foreigners in the NUWEE" established the procedure of reception of foreign citizens.
