An exhibition of works by the Contemporary art Rivne art residence will take place

An exhibition of the final works of the art residence Contemporary Art Rivne will take place on August 28 at 14:00 in the Rivne Regional Museum of Local Lore.

The results of joint work of artists and researchers in Rivne are presented at the event.

The theme of the residence in 2021 is "Water. Frequently Asked Questions ”for a month focused on the study and artistic research of water resources and water use in the region. The exhibition of final works presents the results of interaction of project participants with the urban and regional context.

The purpose of the residence is to draw attention to the problems of ecology, conservation of water resources and historical heritage through the creation of scientific and artistic cooperation.

The opening of the exhibition will be preceded by a city tour with a series of presentations of site-specific projects and performative actions in the space of Rivne. The beginning of the tour and presentations of the final works will begin at 11:00 on August 28 in the Open Office, Go "Interaction Platform" Space (11 Soborna Street, the first building of NUVGP).

Opening of the exhibition: August 28, 14:00 (exhibition hall of the Museum of Local Lore, second floor, 19 Drahomanova Street).

The exhibition will last until September 26. Free entrance.

The Contemporary Art Rivne Residence is initiated by the Space Interaction Platform in partnership with the National University of Water Management and Nature Management with the support of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation.
